I have been offered accomodation

i think  you negotiate  for 2000 or more . in private hospitals specialists are paid generally 2000 or more, or paid incentive  as percentage of  total income generating to them  from consultation/pharmacy/lab etc.

in govt  specialist are paid  >2500 minimum.

find out more before signing contract . because  if you leave oman on resignation or termination , can not avail othe opportunity for 2 years
