Abuja - Indian TV? Groceries? Is skype allowed to be used?

Good Morning. Greetings from Bangkok. I am an Indian and live in Bangkok. Am being offered a position in Abuja and am considering a move over the next 2 months. Wanted to know of:

1. Indian groceries are available in Abuja
2. Best flight options, are they from Dubai ?
3. Is Skype allowed to be used ? How expensive is it to call India ?
4. How does one access Indian TV channels ? (Hindi/regional TV)

Any advice is welcome.

Warm regards,

Neemo

Abuja is a quiet and beautiful city. There are supermarkets such as SPAR that sell indian condiments and frozen vegetables as well fresh ones to suite the Indian palate. There are also good restaurants. You would need a  car or a reliable mode of transport to get around. You can walk in the city and enjoy the landscape without any fear.. There ar also places of worship for most of the religious denominations.
Cable TV channels do bring to your sitting room TV channels from all over the world. Skype works fine. The internet speed is good. You can get packages from a number of providers such as Airtel. MTN, Glo or Spectrum. Caling India is cheap if you subscribe to for example, Airtel. Etisalat also has such offers.
Abuja is connected by major airlines such as Emirate, Air France, Ethiopian an Lufthansa.. There are also gd international schools.
Abuja is a beautiful well planned city with both natural and human-made  attractions,
.So, Abuja is a place to move to if offered a good package !
