I had to return to the USA after my contract with ABA ended but was offered a job with HMC I already have a valid RP with expire next year I was told that my papers were sent to immigration since April it is the end of August can anyone tell me why it takes this long

@ lindenc Contact the person who took your interview. Delay might happen within the department if not tell them to follow up with the immigration department.

I have asked several times and was told that they are still waiting for a response from immigration.
