i have got a loan from a saudi bank. i am transferring my sponsorship to a new company. my previous company had deposited my final payments ( service award) to the bank account. my account is freezed due to bank loan. some people say i will not be able to withdraw my service award after re opening the account after sponsorship transfer. please give me inforamtion. thank you
