New to Bahrain.
Can anyone recommend a reliable service to get me to and from a venue as I am sure I will be trying some of the local beverages.

You will be able to call and book taxis from the following:
Speedy Motors (they use American cars) : 17682999
Arabian Taxis (they use London Cabs) : 17461746
Book a couple of hours in advance if you are particular about timing, since they tend to get quite busy, especially on weekends.
You could also use private taxis if you wish.

I agree with Farhaz on Speedy Motors. They are very reliable and prompt.
They are quite busy on weekends. As Farhaz mentions, book in advance and you will be fine. Speedy are also reasonable on price too
