Hi all,
I am a UK/Irish citizen that lives in Brazil on a permanent visa. I intend to move to Colombia and am exploring visa options at the moment - as Colombia is an ASSOCIATE member of Mersur (rather than a full member) can I move there with no visa requirement as I have Brazilian permanent residency?
Colombia is an associate member of Mercosur - need a visa?

As far as I know MERSUR is a merchant association.
This won't give you any privilege.
You should contact the Colombian consulate or see the requirements on the government web page.
You don't need a visa for turism 180 days.
