You should contact MoE (Ministry of Education) to check if your diploma is recognised in Singapore. The requirements are hight and without a university degree you will have problems.
Also, all teaching in Singapore is in English language. Judging from your post, you may have to improve your language skills before you apply for teaching jobs there.
