Hello all,

Well I'm getting married in couple of months. my fiancé is from Italy in Europe and I'm South African living in Kuwait. But my fiancé does not live here I would like to know if it's possible to do the court marriage here even though my fiancé will be coming just for a month? He has a visit visa is that an issue?

Hi, did you find the answer to your question. I have the same question as well. I am an American citizen and want to marry here but only have visit visa.

I think it is possible but not 100 percent sure. I have a friend who got married here one year ago with visit visa.
