I couldn't agree with you more! Anyone who decides to expatriate to another country and doesn't learn as much as they possibly can about the culture, language, customs and traditions of their host country is just setting themself up for failure.

Amazingly though, many think that it's nothing more serious than a move across town! Only after they arrive and things start going wrong do the understand how very wrong they were.
