Our street in Riyadh is probably the darkest in the region (ok, that is exaggerating!)...but can you please tell me, where can i report the busted Light Lamp posts in this part of Riyadh...because the place is very dark at night - although, it's a busy street...and I'm just afraid of the usual car break ins and shadows lurking around at night...who's supposed to attend on this matter?
