Looking to relocate to Norway

Hi! I wanted to reach out to the group on this site for guidance.  In May I visited my boyfriend in Oslo for two months.  Now that I'm in the US again I have been trying to locate a job in Oslo so that I can permanently move there as well as be financially independent.  Are there any recommendation on where I can look for career?  Although I completed A-1 course for the Norwegian language I know I have some way to go and find it difficult to locate a position that does not require me to be fluent in Norwegian or at least provide me with the ability to work  there as I continue to learn the language.

Any guidance/advice is greatly appreciated!!
