Assalamu aleikom everyone,
I'm new on the forum but not new to Ksa, we just moved 2 days ago from Jeddah to Al Baha City, and it already feels like it was a mistake. Anyone living here? Does anyone know what activities are available for families with babies. From what I saw till now the city looks like dead, not much to do. And finding a apartment its like a never ending process.

As a woman with a baby, especially a Western woman, you definitely made a mistake moving to a small town in Saudi, sorry.
The plus side is that you moved to a beautiful place (rare in Saudi) with a great climate (rare in Saudi) which is not crowded. But, there isn't much you can do there in terms of socializing or having play groups. Find other families with babies through your husband's expat colleagues and their friends. Very very few Westerners there.

P.S. You can definitely go picnicking and hiking, unlike in big cities. Google for known safe spots and/or ask other expats there.
