HI!!
ONE OF OUR EXPAT EMPLOYEE IS ON MULTIPLE VISIT VISA, DURATION OF HIS STAY IS 30(D) and validity is 90(D), but unfortunately he did not exit from KSA to get his visa renewed, Is he liable to Pay penatly ? or can we extend his visa further.
Please advice.

If it is over by a Max 5 days the autorities take care of this by some procedures and with nominal fine. However, if its more than that the consequences are very severe inculding the SAR 10,000/- Penalty !!
They consider over staying as Illegal Immigrant.
