My husband got an offer to work in Tr. (the company building sadara) ,so we was wondering could we find a flat in a neat compound in the industrial city with 2 bedrooms not more than 30.000 SAR/yr , dont have to be with furnishing ??

i dont think you can find with in this range. here the decent compound start with 80K/YEAR. And if you do find one let me know because i am searching too :-)
