Mitiga is working with few international flights.
Afriqiyah airlines is working...u can check its facebook page for schedules

For your own safety stay away from Libyan airports they are being seriously targetted. We had to go to Tunisia to leave the country and we are not the only ones. Many people are stranded if they can't get a transit visa in Tunisia.
