I have lived in Reno Nevada for a few years and it is not easy to find a good paying job in Nevada, there are a lots of low paying job in casinos and all you need is to contact them directly. There are seasonal jobs at the ski area up around Tahoe. The best way to find a job is to get a foot in the door and take what ever they have available and work your way up. Nevada is so different than many other places, so you got to prove yourself and earn trust. My best suggestion is going door to door with a stack of resume and talk to people and tell them what you want to do and see what they have, meeting people face to face is the best way. Good luck.
