Currently I am in Riyadh, and planning to go Bahrain. My iqama is still 2 Month valid, and my iqama Profession is Telecom Technician. I already have an Exit-Re-Entry Visa.
I would like to know if I can Get-In there without any issue?

Hey there 
Skilled professions get visa on arrival free of charge !
Those with low professions , have to pay around 3-10 BD !
Regarding validity of Iqama , they say at least 6 months , but I've gone via cause-way when my Iqama was expiring in 4 months !

You can enter via the causeway.
A forum participant once has a similar problem and later they confirmed that they entered via the causeway.
However, as with anything in the Gulf, things could have changed without notice. So better check before coming.
