There is no stander spot to kiteboarding in Kuwait it's a different spots tha most place ppl can do kiteboarding in kheran lagoons for different wind direction
Gulf road Marina mall beach is spot for north wind
South wind thy can kiteboard in al Blajat area near Pizza Hut restaurant beach this is for summer
On winter for land kiteboarding is more locations for different wind direction
