Hi,

1. Qatar is definitely a nicer place than Khobar. Less restrictions. Very well built. Good infrastructure. Less hassles with visa and leaving the country.

2. If you are vegetarian you will find limited options but Qatar is more "veggie people" friendly.

3. Women can drive in Qatar and have more independence over their.

4. Qatar is more expensive to live in than Khobar but the difference in quality of life is to be considered.
