I suggest also, you create your cv in our section IT & Telecommunications jobs in Singapore to increase your chances to find a job in that field.

To find a job AND get a work visa in this field, you basically need an applicable (and recognised by Singapore authorities) university degree. You can check whether you are eligble on www.mom.gov.sg
