Hola, I have found it very difficult to find trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced Bi-lingual handymen...This is an issue that I never had back in my hometown, where I drove and was able to do most everything myself with minimal assistance. Many local referrals here in the Historic Center, are uneducated "Ladrones"...meaning that they would ask for money for materials, and after receiving money upfront...they are unavailable. This has happened not only to me, but to my elderly mother as well. I have not been able to find this assistance on my own. Gypsy

Hola amigo, thanks for responding; Unfortunately in this country, there are things that require assistance that I did not need assistance with in the states. I live in the center of quito, and what I need is an REASONABLY PRICED bi-lingual trustworthy handyman to assist me with my home improvement projects.
