if NOC obtain by current company so whats is new rules implemented for new company (as Labour Clearace ) as per ministry of manpower? actually that new rules still required clarity so Please explain clarity

Recently Ministry of Labour Put Ban of 2 years after Change in Job to Discourage Expats working in Oman but on Employer Request they have Added NOC request. If you will obtain NOC than Rules of new Company will be applied and as per Ministry they have same rules applied on every job
