Hello everyone,
I'll be in Jeddah mid August. I'll fly with my wife and kids. However, I'll need to return to the U.S three days later for a relative's surgery. How long does it take to issue this exit permit. Would two/three days be enough to get this exit visa?

If you are traveling with an iqama, exit visa is a one day job. If you have yet to get your iqama you need a minimum of two weeks

I'll ask my employer if I'm getting my iqama at arrival.Otherwise, I'll have to think about smth else.

Iqama process takes atleast a wee because you have to go through a medical check up. If you are coming here on a work visa then for it is certain you won't be able to fly back in 3-4 days.

I talked to my employer and they said you are 110% right. I wouldn't be able to leave after a few days. My wife is not very excited to travel across the ocean by herself with two kids. So, I guess i'll fly as close as I can with her. Probably, somewhere in Europe or Dubai.
