i come from Viet Nam and i am working for Zamil Steel Buiding Viet Nam , i just want to visit Bahrain alone but its seem to be impossible to get visa to Bahrain . is it true ?

You will need a sponsor such as the hotel you are going to stay in Bahrain or someone who lives in Bahrain.

i already call to the hotel but they just get visa for business purpose

Did you ask your employer if they could get you a visit visa? If they are based in Bahrain, they should be able to get a visit visa fairly easily.
