Just want clarification please?

if youre a foreingner and you were not allowed to enter philippines or 'denied upon entry' are you automatically on the blacklist? or just denied? if so what is the remedy to this problem?

you need to write a request to director of immigration to lift the blacklist.

have someone to go to the immigration office in intramuros to check if you were really in the list.

a friend of mine has been denied of entry here, but i was surprised and shocked when the immigration officer  can't pulled out any record.

so the immigration officer told me that he must wait till he was no longer on the RSO.
