Friends I got a job offer of 500 US$ monthly plus 130 US$ for food plus free accommodation.
Is it sufficient to survive on monthly basis for coupl Maldives.

Hi Chander,
Welcome to EB Maldives!
Since your company will provide your accommodation that i assume electricity and water bills are included, all you just need to think about is your food allowance. The average cost of complete meal in a resto is around 5usd so your allowance is not enough obviously. The best option is to cook your own food. This way you can save a lot. Me for example, i'm spending MVR500 per week for food and other grocery items. This is around USD32, or USD128 for a month.
Oh by the way, the cost above is for a single person only. It will be more of course for a couple.
