i am post graduate in sociology with having more then five years of experience in career counseling field. i love to learn New things and accept challenges so particularity i am not choosing job however speaking department would be most interesting me.
i haven't check UN department Should I ?

Check out the United Nations website. A Google search will find it for you.

Moving to another country requires great motivation and efforts.
Just waiting for opportunities wherever they may be will leave you waiting forever.
You need to
- decide which country you want to move to
- learn the language (if applicable)
- actively search for and contact potential employers in your industry there
- arrange a trip to visit the country and the potential employers
- if all this fails, be prepared to try again, and again.
Without this, your chances of finding a job abroad are virtually Zero!

A lot of English teaching jobs in Thailand. Just contact any agency here. good luck.
