i came to KSA in DEC,2012 on independent visa... and later because of a new rules and regulations I got my visa transferred to a Sagia Company...and now I am working here for the for 1.2 years...

- Now the problem is this, that I am totally stuck and not satisfied with this company....

somebody please tell me:
-can I take transfer in a new company..
-If my current company is not giving me a transfer then what can I do??
-can I go to Jawazat and register my complain with them?
-I transferred my visa to my current company (i was on independent visa and not on this company's visa)
-is my current company is legally bound to give back my transfer? or they can legally give me an final exit??

please somebody guide mme....

Keep fingers crossed. We expect big changes in Jawazat rules in July where sponsorship would be possible without employer's consent and that's on one year of service completion. No clear ruling drawn yet; let us wait and watch.
