Nice area of Jeddah I can recommend Andalus St, behind the food joints Fridays/Chilis/ etc.
or you can look at Boudl suites they have one on Tahlia St opposite Ikea, they charge about 550-650/night for 2-3 bedroom. They are usually on the luxury end of furnished apartments.
