Any body tell me what is the problem in Saudi embassy Islamabad in visa stamping our agent submitted my mother and father visit visa in Islamabad embassy 12th may 2014 but till now we did not recive our passport after visa stamping

Dear Tahir
Let me know that did you submit the passport through Etmad Center or through visa agent,because I got the visit visa for my family with in 7 days from Etamd center I don't know why they are taking too much time for visit visa ,for Visit Visa maximum they required 15 days
