It would be expensive to live there as foodstuffs are all imported.And it may not be an EU member.

Hi,
You will find it difficult to live on only 1400 per month. Rent alone will take most of that. If you buy a home and pay cash, you may be able to get by, but not well. If you have to buy a home with a mortgage, you will find it very difficult, maybe impossible, especially if you don't have verifiable income.
