You might want to check out Blessed Discoveries. They are a social enterprise that combines Tourism and Humanitarian work together. They might have some jobs for you.

Hi go to DALC on the web. They have a facebook entry too. Worthwhile to spend some time if you are foreigner and speak reasonably good English..
