Hi, does being 60 stop you from teaching English in Guangzhou? I have TEFL and an Accountancy qualication and would love to teach Business English. I have all the experience to help students but I am worried my age will go against me.
Please advise me if you can.

I think you would get more meaningful replies if you posted this on the Guangzhou (or at least China) forum instead.
But from my limited experience: I knew an over-60 USA guy who became English teacher in Taiwan. It wasn't easy, and included a time of homelessness (part of which I let him stay in a spare basement room I had there), but he made it and even has a new girl-friend now. So it is possible!
