No idea, but I fear you'll need to have some qualifications recognized in Canada. You can check in workopolis or monster.ca
Also, it's quite easy to work in a bank, in front office (my wife is). But that's not really 'accounting', it's customer service. That also could be a way to have a 1st experience in an accountancy company.
