A good tailor for men's clothing is needed

Greetings.

I used different tailors in Jeddah and was happy with their work and the prices that are lower than what I find in the U.S.  Now, I'm in Riyadh and I don't know any tailors.  I have a pair of black dress pants I would like to get copied and a few dress shirts I would like to get taken in.  Which tailor(s) do you recommend? I live in the DQ and would like something close, but I am also open to further-away places.  Finally, does price vary a lot between tailors here? I am not the sort of person who will pay 30-40% extra just because a storefront is shinier; I only care about the clothing being dealt with, so as long as that work is done well, the cheaper the tailor, the better.
