BTW just what we need i yet another restaurant in K 
. Locally one site has had 5 restaurants in last year. Someone spends money, opens, fails and then the builder comes back. They all had new ideas. Have you done any market research?
The builder makes money btw. He has a merc now!

Thank you for your respond , i never been in Malaysia be4 but i heard that all people eat outside for that i want to open a restaurant but its seems from what i read its hard to get resident , for market i don't care really because i want to open in crowded street or shopping mall .

If you look around their site, you will find other helpful information. You will need RM 1 million in paid up capital. It has to be a high end restaurant with minimum 1,500 sq ft floor space. Location is essential as there is lots of competition.
