Hi Kawther, Welcome to Saudi Arabia Forum.
For your info, compounds does not have good prices in Saudi Arabia in general and in Riyadh in particular since it is the capital. I think the least you can get in a compound (specially in Riyadh) would be around SAR 80,000 per annum (that would be for a very small apartment).
