Hi Muscleman
Mind you I don't know what a barrel is but there are a locksmith store wich also do work at your home. The store is called Howards ans is in the crossing between Howard street and Amery street. Just down the street from Scotts supermarket.
It is by the way a very rekomendable store for evereything you need for your home. And good service too!
