Hi there, Just wondering if anyone can advise me what the staff accommodation is like if I get a job with one of the upmarket resorts in the Maldives? Is there any chance of a single room, or must one always share? Does anyone have a few pics of staff accommodation that they could post?
I am used to living and working in remote towns, with minimum inhabitants, so isolation is not a problem for me.
I am single, and hoping to land a job in October 2014.
Any other advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hippiechick!
The type of room in staff accommodation depends on your position there.
Usually normal female staff gets sharing room for 2 or 3 person.
Superiors gets sharing room for 2 persons and only managers get single room. It happens in my property. Maybe there is another situation in other resorts.
Rooms have tv, air conditioner and the most necessary furniture. That's it !!!
