The issues are:
-underpaid by a difference of about 400 SR, as of 2013
-shortage of people to work, thus, we do double-shifts sometimes or working two places at the same time.
-forced to "pay" the penalty of the employer in the Nitaqat since last year, half the value price (this is an annual thing)
-forced to pay the Iqama
-no helath insurance upon renewal of residence permit
-dilapidated living condition: faulty electrical wiring, worn out ceilings and walls, leaky water pipes, congested rooms, double locking policy of the main gate which is perilous in times of fire, etc.
-worst, already forwarded these complaints to authorized agency yet no word still.
