Is there any University in Malaysia offering Part-time PHd degree in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management?

Hi you might want to take a look at Nottingham.

As for local universities PhDs are not really recognised out of Asia so be careful (I am not commenting if this is justifiable, just a fact of life)

Thanks, I will check again, but i think they are offering only full time phd that i can not do so i was looking for part time in Malaysia

There is no immigration visa for part-time study in Malaysia.
