Most newly registered users who send private messages (PM) are SPAMmers.
Legitimate users are certainly willing to wait a short while between messages - and generally don't know enough other users personally to send many messages.
Please refrain from sending messages to people you don't know - this is frowned upon in this forum and will gt you banned if they complain.
