I have been offered this scholarship to study MPH at UBD. Accommodation, tuition n health would be taken care of, my question now is; is BD$ 650 monthly enough for one's basic need like feeding (aside those listed above)?

I never been to Bruni but I had lived in Indonesia. They speak same laguage and culture. Bruni is a bit expensive than Indonesia but this money would be quite enough for you.
Whole of east asia is an amzing place to live... dont miss this chance..
