I spend at least 20 minutes to search for some useful links, like the Terms and conditions, how you contact the EB Team etc etc.
Before the latest launch you could find it on the main page but I don't know where to find.
Where are the useful links?

Perhaps you're having problems with you browser because the links are on the very last line of every page, below the Expat-blog logo in the gray border.

It has to do with the page you can move on your screen. When William mentioned about the grey border I saw what caused my "problem".
