Hey all

Nice to see so many helpful insights on this website. My question is regarding the procedure for the transfer of Iqama from my dads sponsorship to a company. I have been hearing all sorts of procedures but not one certain method. I have been given a Demand letter from the company stating I need 3 letters from my Dad. So, my first question is how do I get that done? Is it going to be 3 letters under my dads company letter head stating "I, father of so and so, allow him to be released....etc" and stamped from his company and COC?

My second question is what is that letter that I can get from the agents at the Jawazaat if I go with my Dad? Do I need that letter?

Just go to Jawazat with Demanad letter i think they will give only 1 paper stamped... just give this paper to your company they can make transfer now ... no need for 3 papers ...
