I am looking for an easy going, clean (and neat), fun, chess-worthy housemate as soon as possible.
Minimum stay would be 3 months, maximum 12 months (or longer). Keep your budget around RM300-400 a month (inclusive or water, electricity, internet).
I don't mind students or vacationers, as long as I get the rent on time. Contact me if you're interested.
