I've just had a peek at the link - "demanding" would be a good word to use.
The bright side is, if they're that fussy about staff, they're probably a good school.

The first two years of their operation they hired away teachers from Rudolf Steiner and Chapin School in New York...two of the world's finest K through 12 private schools on the planet. Actually that was pretty funny watching these teachers, accustomed to the upper East Side of Manhattan, getting plunked down in the middle of a jungle where all the buildings were made of bamboo and alang alang! 
It is only with deep respect for the late Bill Roberson, founder of BIS that I don't say the Green School is the finest international school on Bali...but you can read between the lines.
