Get into running, multisports or any fitness activities

Inviting you guys and encouraging you to get in to fitness activities :)

Hi there, :)

I used to play basket-ball (1968-1970), and also do body-building for a while (1972 - 1978) at amateur level.
I played tennis since 1973 because there were 4 tennis courts right at the other end of the street where I lived at that time, a convenience other people did not have and which was very tempting for me.

I do gymnastics in the morning before breakfast (but sadly not every day! ... ) and I still play tennis.
I do not jog, just walk 5-6 times / week.

Sport of any kind is very important, especially now when all of us spend a lot of time at the PC.  :par:

Such a pleasant to hear your fitness activities John C! Before, I have played basketball in college days and volleyball as well.

Walking? 5 to 6 times a week? That's better than lying in bed for the whole week. Nowadays, we need to find activities that help prevent various sicknesses. Keep it up!
