Chile/Argentina for the winter, Snowboarding!
Hi, I'm planning on going to Argentina/Chile for 2-3 months this winter. From the middle/end of july onwards to be specific. I haven't been able to find much good information on the internet. Me and a friend are looking at "setting up" in 2 different spots for a month each, right now Bariloche and Santiago. Are there better places we should be?
Also we both work on the internet, how difficult will be to find short term apartments with good internet connections?
I would love to hear any other tips or suggestions, we are pretty flexible.

Hey Roger,
Bariloche will be a great place for you guys to set up shop. Santiago is a big city, and at least an hour to the slopes.
We may have a small studio available outside Bariloche, you can write me at info@barilochehouse.com for more info.
Internet is available in both countries in most places.

You should be able to find something along the lines of a hostel, or a resident hotel, for your living arrangements. They may have wireless for the internet, although it's not as common as it is in the US. Believe it, or not... you may be able to find "Wi-Fi" in service stations/gas stations, and in some shopping "malls"/grocery stores, in Argentina. At least that's been my experience in San Juan.
Suerte!
