Hi,
I'm a Canadian citizen, living is Saudi for 2 years with family, my sponsor is a consulting firm, I was on contract with a telecom company and my contract finished last week. There are less or no chances of getting transferred to another employer.
If I get a new job in Saudi, can I get the job visa stamped in Bahrain.

A transfer is the only way not to return home and start over.
There is no other way. I am here 22 years and have only known 1 case and it was under a royal decree from the minister of interior 20 years ago.
You will need to take a final exit with a no objection to return.
If you go out on a visit visa and don't return you will be blocked for 2 years from returning. Pack the family as its the only way, 100%.
